Convenient seats can be produced by means of the foam-in-place process. TPE films are important components for this, allowing textiles to be vacuum deep drawn. They also prevent liquid foam from penetrating the textile while offering high adhesion coefficients to the foam. Special fil grades from our product portfolio can be used to enhance breathability.

In addition to TPE films, hotmelt films customized to the specific requirements are also suitable as they generate high adhesion forces where heat activation above their melting ranges provides high adhesion. They can be used for a multitude of applications due to their thermal stability. They are mainly processed in roof liners, sunroofs, doortrims or ABC pillars.
