One thing is a fact: there are many faces to quality, and it is most often a question of perspective. For Epurex, quality is a defined parameter, whether in terms of consulting, project management, production, technical service, transportation or protection of our enviroment. Whatever we are doing, it is our own quality claim for all areas of our business which keeps driving us every day. In terms of production, it is our goal to directly achieve at the plants the high quality of the films required by our customers.

Quality has become a crucial factor in terms of competition as it is our customers who define the meaning of quality. Whatever causes our customers to be content or discontent, will directly affect the quality thinking. What may sound self-evident can be a real challenge in our daily business as each individual customer has his own special requirements. We do our best to understand the processes of our customers and what is really important for their business. We then adapt our processes accordingly - this is also part of our quality thinking.
