Epurex Films GmbH & Co. KG has been awarded the status of Authorized Economic Operator (AEO). This certification is issued by the customs authorities and is recognized in all EU member states.

AEO status confers various advantages such as simplified customs procedures, 'fast-tracking' through security checks and preferential customs clearance. Customers of a company also benefit from the certification because they can demonstrate that they work together with a particularly reliable and trustworthy partner.

Any company wishing to be certified as an Authorized Economic Operator must fulfill extensive criteria. Epurex Films was requested to meet certain requirements with respect to creditworthiness, legal compliance and safety standards in international trade in goods.
